How to use Wise to buy Crypto in Vietnam?
To use Wise to buy crypto in Vietnam, please follow the instructions below:
First, you need to visit the BitcoinVN exchange.
Step 1: In the left column called “You send”, choose VND (Wise). The small text next to the currencies indicates the payment method. Please make sure to select the exact method you want.
Step 2: In the right column called “You receive”, choose the type of crypto you want to buy (make sure to pick the correct chain shown in smaller text next to the name of the crypto you select). In this guide, we’ll show you how to buy USDT on the Polygon chain using Wise.
Step 3: Type the amount of crypto you want to buy in the right column. The matching amount of VND will show in the left column, and the other way around. Then, enter your wallet address and click “Swap.”
Step 4: Log in to your Wise account and select the option to send money to someone else (the recipient doesn’t need a Wise account). You will then be taken to a screen where you must enter the recipient’s bank details, including their account number/IBAN, bank name or routing information, and full name. The required information may vary depending on the country.
Then enter the information shown on the screen in the red-boxed section into Wise and transfer the exact amount of VND you entered earlier to receive the corresponding amount of crypto. You will usually receive the coins within 1–3 hours after completing the payment.
