We want to update our user base about an important change coming this July 2024.
Starting this week, it will no longer be possible to top up your VND balance on your BitcoinVN account.
While you can still fund your account through VND deposits via cash deposit or bank wire, keeping your funds as VND on the platform will no longer be an option.
However, you can continue to maintain balances in USD or a variety of stablecoins such as USDT, USDC, and DAI.
For those who prefer DAI, there’s an added benefit. By choosing DAI as your stablecoin, you can take advantage of our DAI staking vault program to earn extra yield.
You will still be able to convert and withdraw VND to any domestic Vietnamese bank account at any time.
If you currently have a VND balance on the platform, don’t worry.
You can still convert or withdraw your existing balance; you just won’t be able to top it up further.
This change comes in response to new regulatory requirements in Vietnam’s domestic market.
