The inaugural Satoshi Flea Market Saigon is now a good week behind us, and our team, which participated as one of the vendors in this event organized by the local Bitcoin community, is still filled with gratitude for everyone who came out and participated.

While our team members from BitcoinVN Shop offered their usual fare to protect your Bitcoin and cryptocurrency assets, as well as a variety of merchandise to motivate fellow stackers to do just that, we also had the next generation encouraging you to ramp up defenses for your most valuable asset:

Your health.

Freshly made orange juice was available to boost your immune system and help fend off harmful parasites looking to exploit compromised bodily defenses.

You see, it was a holistic event in more ways than one.

Other vendors who showcased their products included Da Lach Coffee, specializing in producing and roasting Arabica coffee in the Lang Biang mountain region near Đà Lạt, and Keto Saigon Queen, who surprised many attendees with her broad range of Keto-optimized desserts and cakes. She demonstrated convincingly that you can live a health-conscious lifestyle without completely giving up the occasional piece of cake.

The stars of the show, however, were our guests from El Salvador, who set up a fully operational pop-up Pupuseria that found many fans among regulars and occasional passers-by.

The connection between Vietnam and El Salvador is growing, especially with the recent opening of El Salvador’s embassy in Hanoi. Both countries, located in similar geographical zones and famous for their coffee culture, are developing a deeper relationship, and we hope to contribute to strengthening this bond further in the future.

As we’ve heard, a special project is forthcoming from our colleagues at BitcoinVN Shop, so keep your eyes open. It certainly won’t be the only future collaboration between the Saigonese and El Salvadoran communities.

Thank you for joining us last Sunday, and a special thanks to the host venue, Indika Saigon, and the entire volunteer community of the Saigonese Bitcoin community who spent their time organizing this event and bringing together Bitcoin businesses and users to spread Bitcoiner culture beyond our online echo chambers.

We hope to be back for more in due time.
