With the onset of the Year of the Horse, we would like to announce a change to our complimentary CyberSec & Self-Custody consulting offer, which until now has been provided free of charge to our hardware wallet clients at BitcoinVN Shop.<\/span><\/p>\n

As the industry has matured, adoption has broadened and the demand for competent self-custody guidance with a proven track record has grown alongside it. At the same time, the threat landscape has also become more demanding, with increasingly sophisticated, industrial-scale cybercrime operators targeting users across the digital asset space.<\/span><\/p>\n

The rise of AI tools is further accelerating this arms race, placing significant strain on our in-house capacity for how much assistance we can provide in the face of the ongoing onslaught and rapid evolution of new threat models and methods.<\/span><\/p>\n

While we would have liked to continue the service in its previous form, it is unfortunately no longer reasonable for us to maintain the earlier model of entirely free consulting sessions. Qualified and trusted operators in this field remain scarce, and their time must be allocated accordingly.<\/span><\/p>\n

That said, we do want to continue extending a meaningful benefit to our wallet clients. Going forward, customers of BitcoinVN Shop will continue to receive a <\/span>10% discount<\/b> on the standard rates of our consulting team.<\/span><\/p>\n

Self-custody remains one of the most important pillars of the Bitcoin and digital asset space, and we remain fully committed to supporting clients who take that responsibility seriously. Our mission in this regard does not change: helping users take secure ownership of their assets, reduce avoidable mistakes, and navigate an increasingly complex operating environment with greater confidence.<\/span><\/p>\n
