How to register a Remitano Vietnam account.
First of all, you need to follow steps to know to create a Remitano account in the smooth and easiest way
Step 1: Preparation
- Your daily-use email (important)
- A Photo of your national ID: front and back (Primary identity confirmation)
- A Photo of your driving license (Supporting identity confirmation)
- A bank account has Internet Banking function (ATM not VISA)
Step 2: Register Remitano Vietnam account
First, go to Remitano website: https://remitano.com/
Then, press on the Log in/Register button at the top right corner
Next, enter your email and Press on Continue
Remitano will send an email for confirmation. You need to check your email and click “log in to Remitano” (this is the official way to log in Remitano)
Lastly, you enter your usename/nickname and then continue
Note: no space on nickname.

Step 3: Set up security layers for your account
First of all, you need to activate the Authy security. Let’s follow the below steps:
Click on your username => settings on the top right corner
Click on Enable, the QR code will pop up.
Note: You must save these 2 codes carefully, in case you forgot or lose your phone! After saving it, open up your Google Authenticator and scan the QR code to get a 6-digits number (change after 30 seconds). Final, enter it to the Authy Authentication Code and click Enable Authy Authentication
Step 4: Verify your account
Note: You are not able to trade on Remitano when your account is not identity verified. This step is to increase your security, trust as well as anti-scammed.
First you need to scroll down to your Profile to begin
Next, you need to enter your correct name, which is appeared on your ID or passport in the Name section
Verify your phone number

Wait for a few seconds, you will receive a text SMS with 4 digits
Enter this code and click verify. That’s it!
Verify your Identity
First, You need to click on Upload documents to begin

- Last, a picture of you holding the front side of your ID: hold it near your face and remember to ask someone to help you with it!
Next, Click on Upload and upload your documents to finish your identity verification process. It usually takes about 1-3 minutes.
Note: Do not close your browser until it finishes.
Your account status will change to Verified when you have done every steps.

How to Buy Bitcoin
Step 1: Top up VND to Remitano
To buy Bitcoin, you need Vnd in your Remitano account. Please follow the below step to do that:
First, visit https://remitano.com/vn to choose VND wallet like the picture below:
Next, enter the amount of VND you need to buy Bitcoin then press Deposit
After that Remitano will give you the bank details. What you need to do now is: transfer the correct amount to the correct bank account details with the exact text that Remitano has given to you.
Note: all the info must be precisely correct!
After transferring money from Vietcombank to Remitano provided bank account. Wait for some time for it to appear in your VND wallet at the left corner.
Step 2: Choose a Seller
Visit https://remitano.com/vn then scroll down to see the list of Bitcoin sellers
You can see a list of different Bitcoin sellers with different price and volume. You can buy directly from them. Please choose the most suitable seller for you (note: choose a good rated sellers to trade fast and safely)
If you cannot find the suitable one for you, you can create your own buy by click on Create your buying ad
Step 3: Buy Bitcoin
After choosing the most suitable seller, click on the Buy button on the right. Next, enter the amount of Bitcoin you want, and your Bitcoin wallet.
Check again your Bitcoin wallet then Click Buy BTC. This process will take a few minutes.
How to sell Bitcoin
Before the selling, you have to transfer your Bitcoin to the BTC wallet on Remitano.

Next, enter the amount of VND you want to withdraw and click on Confirm
Then, Remitano will ask you to confirm it one more time. Wait for a moment, your money will be transferred to your bank account.
Please note the Remitano fee below:
- Trading fee: you have to pay this fee when you complete a sell/buy with users on the exchange. Traders complain about the higher fee compared to other exchange platforms, 1% x 2 times (the price you see when … is the price after increasing 1% of…)
- VND deposit fee: not much (a few thousand vnd each top up)
- Coin deposit fee: depend on the kind of coins
- VND withdraw fee: ~10,000 vnd, it will be taken out from your withdrawal money
- Coin withdraw fee: depend on the kind of coins and the moment you withdraw
