Bitcoin Asia Returns to Hong Kong this August
After its inaugural edition in the summer of 2024, Bitcoin Asia by Bitcoin Magazine is making its return to the region – and once again, the gathering will take place in Hong Kong, the iconic financial hub that for centuries has served as a bridge between the merchant dynasties of mainland China and the broader global economy.
While Bitcoin Asia differs in format and vibe from the smaller, more intimate meetups that many seasoned Bitcoiners across Asia have come to appreciate, it nonetheless remains the largest Bitcoin-centric event on the continent – and as such, it’s expected to draw not just the curious and the corporate, but also a solid presence of sovereignty-focused Bitcoiners from across the region.
A number of familiar faces from the Vietnamese Bitcoin scene are also planning to make the journey – and if you’re looking to catch up in person or scout what’s happening in the wider Asian Bitcoin ecosystem, this is one of your best shots this year.
