- VND withdrawals ( VND instant withdrawals will NOT be affected)
- General Customer Support inquiries
All crypto-to-crypto conversions as well as Staking operations remain unaffected.
Our Bitcoin ATMs will remain online for service, but accessibility might be limited due to venue closures for some of the holidays (we aim to inform you upfront via our Social media channels – Facebook – Twitter – Telegram).
Our OTC desk will remain in service, but response time might be delayed.

Our Online shop will remain in service, but delivery of physical products will be delayed during the holidays.
Delays will be occuring due to short staffing during Reunification anniversary holidays. Business operation will resume as normal on Monday, May 5th, 2025.
