During the Lunar New Year Holiday 2024 (Thursday, February 8th, 2024 to Wednesday February 14th, 2024) we would like to inform you about limited/delayed service availability for the following functionalities:
- VND withdrawals
- General Customer Support inquiries
All crypto-to-crypto conversions as well as Staking operations remain unchanged.
Our Bitcoin ATMs will remain online for service, but accessibility might be limited due to venue closures for some of the holidays (we aim to inform you upfront via our Social media channels – Facebook – Twitter – Telegram).
Our OTC desk will remain in service, but response time might be delayed.
Our Online shop will remain in service, but delivery of physical products will be delayed during the holidays.
Delays will be occuring due to short staffing during Tet holidays. Business operation will resume as normal on Thursday, February 15th, 2024.
