During the Lunar New Year Holiday 2023 (Saturday, January 21th, 2023 to Friday January 27th, 2023) we would like to inform you about limited/delayed service availability for the following functionalities:
- VND deposits/withdrawals
- General Customer Support inquiries
All crypto-to-crypto conversions as well as Staking operations remain unchanged.
Our Bitcoin ATMs will remain online for service, but accessibility might be limited due to venue closures for some of the holidays (we aim to inform upfront via our Social media channels – Facebook – Twitter – Telegram).
Our OTC desk will remain in service, but response time might be delayed.
Delays will be occuring due to short staffing during Tet holidays. Business operation will resume as normal on Saturday, January 28th, 2023.
