The opinions are\u2026 let’s say: divided.<\/p>\n

It shaped – for better or worse – what \u201ccrypto\u201d was to become after 2014.<\/p>\n

However, whatever one’s personal opinion, it’s hard to deny that the majority of today’s efforts to \u201cmove the financial system on-chain\u201d are happening on Ethereum – and its connected EVM-compatible L2s.
