Limited or delayed service availability applies to the following functionalities:
- VND withdrawals (VND instant withdrawals will NOT be affected)
- General customer support inquiries
All crypto-to-crypto conversions, as well as staking operations, remain unaffected.
Our Bitcoin ATMs will remain online for service, but accessibility might be limited due to venue closures for some of the holidays (we aim to inform you upfront via our social media channels: Facebook, Twitter/X, and Telegram).
Our OTC desk will remain in service, but response times might be delayed.
Our Cash Office services are affected as follows:
Đà Nẵng: Closed from 30/04 until 05/05
Hà Nội: Closed from 30/04 until 05/05
Hội An: Closed from 30/04 until 05/05

Huế: Closed from 30/04 until 05/05
Our online shop will remain in service, but delivery of physical products will be delayed during the holidays.
Delays will occur due to short staffing during the Reunification Anniversary holidays. Business operations will resume as normal on Monday, May 5, 2025.
